Many video game developers and publishers have reacted to the crisis in Ukraine. Here are also ways in which you can help those suffering from war.
11 Bit Studios
Developer 11 Bit Studios has been collecting all profits from This War of Mine and its DLCs on every platform since February 24th to put them into a special fund and donate them to the Ukrainian Red Cross. In support we streamed the game on Friday.
ALL iN! GAMES
Since February 25th publisher ALL iN! GAMES has been collecting the profits made from Chernobylite and Paradise Lost and they will donate them 7 days later to the Ukrainian Red Cross.
Bungie
Bungie will donate the earnings of the first 48 hours from its donation platform Game2Give (starts December 7th) to charities with the goal to support those affected from the war in Ukraine.
CD Projekt RED
Publisher CD Projekt RED will donate 1 Million Polish Zloty to the charity Polska Akcja Humanitarna.
Crunching Koalas
Publisher Crunching Koalas has also been collecting all its profits made from its self-published games such as Darkwood, Project Warlock and Bonkies since February 25th for 7 days and they’ll donate them to the Ukrainian Red Cross.
Jakub Wasilewski
The developer of the game Slipways has been collecting all his profits since February 25th and will donate them 7 days later to the Ukrainian aid fund of the Polish Red Cross.
Huuuge Games
Publisher Huuuge Games donated 1 Million Polish Zloty to human aid for Ukraine.
Raw Fury
Publiher Raw Fury announced they will donate to the Ukrainian Red Cross and has urged players to do so too.
RedDeer.Games
Every earning from cyberpunk puzzle game Cyber Protocol made in March will be donated to a charity which players still have to choose, developer RedDeer.Games announced.
